The Unity Bridge Services Application collects information you choose to provide, including your name, contact details, preferred language and contact method, city, county, ZIP code, household size, requested services, program interest, requested class date, and a brief explanation of your needs. Application and class-reservation records are stored in the website's private application database and are available only to authorized Unity Bridge staff and service providers needed to operate the system.
If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or Facebook, you choose what information to share. Our website hosting provider may automatically process standard technical information, such as an internet protocol address, browser or device type, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.
Donations and payment processing
Online donations are processed by PayPal and may include Venmo as an available funding method. PayPal collects and processes payment, account, device, and transaction information under its own privacy practices. Unity Bridge receives transaction details needed to acknowledge and administer a donation, but does not receive your complete card or bank-account information. Do not send financial credentials through ordinary email, text message, or social media.

Sharing and selling

Unity Bridge uses these providers only as needed to operate its website, communications, applications, reservations, and donations. Please avoid sending Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, full medical records, immigration documents, or other highly sensitive information through the application, ordinary email, or social-media messages.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, nonprofit operations, safety, or legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Our public website is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.
Your choices and questions
